Privacy Policy

You can browse this entire directory without giving us anything. There is no account and no login. We do not sell your data.

We never collect health information

There is no symptom checker, eligibility quiz, condition filter or patient intake form anywhere on this site. We do not ask what condition you have or what you have been prescribed, and we do not infer it from your browsing.

What we collect when you just read

Google Analytics 4 counts visits and records which pages are read, using cookies and an abbreviated IP address, approximate location, device and browser type. We do not build advertising audiences or run remarketing. Netlify, our host, processes request data including your IP address to serve pages and absorb malicious traffic.

What we collect when you send something

Suggesting a listing sends us the business details and your contact email. Posting a job sends the role details and the employer’s application contact. Subscribing collects your email address only. Paid placements are processed by Stripe, which holds the card details — we never see your card number.

Job applications do not come to us. Every listing sends you to the employer’s own email address or application page, so your CV goes directly to them and we never receive or store it.

Who processes your data

• Netlify — hosting and request data including IP

• Supabase — stores listing, job and advertiser records
• Stripe — payment processing for paid placements
• Resend — sends our email

Several process data outside Australia and may be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies

The only cookies we set are Google Analytics cookies. There are no advertising cookies. Saved favourites live in your own browser’s local storage and are never sent to us.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and unsubscribe from anything. Ask via the contact page — no charge, no reason needed. If we cannot resolve a complaint you can contact the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
